Shipping and Delivery
Free standard shipping on every Revivea order. No minimum, no surprise charges at checkout.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.
How long delivery takes
Revivea ships from our fulfilment partner's overseas warehouse. Typical delivery times after processing:
- United States: 5 to 11 business days
- Canada: 7 to 14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7 to 14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the EU: 8 to 16 business days
- Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and busy periods around holidays can add a few days.
Address notes
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses in the United States. Please use a street address at checkout.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, contact us through our Contact page and we will chase the carrier for you.
Lost parcels
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Duties and taxes
All prices are in USD. Orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.
