Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders take 2–5 business days to prepare and quality-check before dispatch. Standard shipping then takes 5–10 business days within the US, and typically 10–20 business days for international orders depending on destination. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout by location. Free standard shipping on orders over $75 — worldwide.
My tracking hasn't moved.
If tracking is stuck for more than 7 days, email support@gymbase.co and we'll chase it down.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. All prices are in USD; your bank converts automatically. International orders can be subject to customs duties and taxes set by your country — those are charged by your customs office, not by us.
Sizing & Fit
What size should I get?
Check the Size Guide — it has flat measurements for every product line, and every product page has a Fit line. Rule of thumb: our regular cuts are true to size; oversized tees are cut boxy on purpose, so size down for a standard fit.
Will it shrink?
Our cotton is pre-shrunk. Wash cold and hang dry (or tumble low) and it keeps its shape — that's the point of heavyweight fabric.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed. Email support@gymbase.co with your order number to start. Full details in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — your choice, no cost to you.
How do exchanges work?
Fastest way: return the item and place a new order for the size you want.

What are your clothes made of?
Core tees are 6.1 oz (≈205 GSM) garment-dyed ring-spun cotton; oversized tees are 220 GSM heavy jersey; hoodies, crewnecks and joggers are 8 oz+ fleece. Leggings, bras and other training pieces are four-way-stretch polyester-spandex blends that stay opaque and hold their shape. Every product page lists the exact fabric and weight.
How do I care for the print?
Wash cold, inside out. No bleach, no ironing directly on the print. Treat it right and the print outlives the shirt.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal — including guest checkout with any major credit or debit card, no PayPal account needed. Works worldwide.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by PayPal on their secure infrastructure. We never see or store your card details.
