Will it damage my clothes?
Not if you use the right height setting. The lowest setting keeps the blades well clear of the weave — that is the one for cashmere, merino and fine knits. Start low and work up. Avoid open-weave and loose-knit pieces entirely, and fix any existing snag before you go near it with the shaver.
Does it work on cashmere?
Yes, on the lowest setting. Lay it flat, hold it taut, and use light overlapping circles without pressing down.
What about furniture?
Sofas, armchairs, throws, cushion covers and car upholstery all pill the same way clothing does. Use the highest setting and smooth the fabric with your free hand as you work.
How long does one charge last?
Long enough for several garments in a session. Charge it fully before first use.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes. It is rechargeable, so there are no disposable batteries to buy.
How long will delivery take?
After 1 to 3 business days of processing: 5 to 11 business days to the United States, 7 to 14 to Canada and the UK, 8 to 16 to Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and the EU. Full detail is on our Shipping page.
Why does shipping take longer than a big marketplace?
Because we are a small shop shipping from a partner warehouse rather than running our own distribution network. It is the trade-off that keeps the price where it is. We would rather tell you that than quote two days and miss it.
Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order. No minimum.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Not in the United States. Please use a street address at checkout.
What if I do not like it?
You have 30 days from delivery. Message us and we will refund you. In most cases we will not ask you to post it back — see our Returns page.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, your choice. You will not need to return the damaged one.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel ships. If tracking has not moved in 7 days, contact us and we will chase the carrier.
Will I pay customs or duty?
Orders outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by your own country. These are not included in the price.
