Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

 

To start a return, contact us at support@gymbase.co with your order number. We'll send you instructions and the return address. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.

 

Non-returnable items: gift cards and final-sale items.

 

Exchanges: the fastest way to get a different size is to return your item and place a new order.
